Delivery? From Pizza Hut?!

As a project for an advanced account planning class, we were tasked with tackling the biggest challenge of them all: The Super Bowl. With the Big Game just a few weeks away, we were asked to provide our client with ideas to boost the delivery numbers for Pizza Hut, a brand more commonly-known as a sit-down restaurant (especially compared to Domino’s.)

To do this, we focused on the two things Pizza Hut is most well-known for: their experience, and their sides. If you ever played little league as a good, there’s a damn good chance you ate at Pizza Hut after the game. Now, as we become busier and busier, Pizza Hut provides a way to recapture that experience in the comfort of your own home.

And they’re not just doing it with pizza alone. Given the popularity of breadsticks, wings, and even pasta from Pizza Hut based on market research, we pitched the “Huddle Box”, a snack-only sampler that will make you the MVP of any watch party.
